Meet the Founders

For over twenty years, Michael Ladisic has been building exceptional homes throughout the Southeast. He has developed over 200M in homes, and is regarded as one of the premier builders in the industry. He has crafted homes for private clients and numerous prestigious show houses, and in the process, he has worked with nationally-recognized and award-winning architects, interior designers, and landscape architects. Ladisic is a native of Pennsylvania and a graduate of the Wake Forest School of Law. Prior to creating his company, Ladisic practiced law in Atlanta where he and his wife, Lisa, have raised their four beautiful daughters.

As both a Founder and recipient of the prestigious Institute of Classical Architecture & Art Shutze Award, Yong Pak’s work has been featured in every major publication in the United States. Born in South Korea and raised in Nova Scotia and Miami, Yong Pak has interpreted the best of international classical and modern architecture principles into the residences he designs for his discerning clientele. After working with acclaimed architect Norman Askins, Pak opened his firm in Atlanta in 1997 where he continues to collaborate with accomplished interior designers and landscape architects. Pak has three amazing daughters who share their father’s love of culture, food, and travel.
